We are currently looking for a highly analytical Strategy & M&A Analyst to support research, deal sourcing, financial modelling, and strategic initiatives

This role offers direct exposure to strategic decision-making, corporate strategy projects and M&A transaction projects.
The role is ideal for candidates interested in careers in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting.

Responsibilities
• Assist with strategic projects and research initiatives
• Assist preparation of investment memos and strategic analysis documents
• Support business plan preparation
• Identify and analyse potential acquisition and investment targets
• Conduct market research and competitive landscape analyses
• Support deal sourcing initiatives
• Support due diligence management
• Support financial modelling and valuation analysis

Your Profile
• Preferable graduate or postgraduate degree in Business and/or Life Science
• Passionate about Life Science
• Pro-active, self-driven, strong communication skills
• Strong analytical, systematic skills, and detail-oriented working style
• Curiosity and passionate about constant learning
• Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital or consulting is a plus
• Fluent in English
